Modern Thai fine dining on the 25th floor of Siam@Siam Design Hotel, led by chef Monthep Kamolsilp and built on Thai farm produce. Chef Monthep 'Thep' Kamolsilp runs the kitchen, and the menu changes with the seasons using ingredients from independent Thai farmers. Diners choose 5, 9 or 13 course menus, and a vegetarian menu is also offered. The bar serves Thai-inspired cocktails and an organic and biodynamic wine list. Dinner opens daily from 18:00 to 23:00.
